Shipping Information
Processing :
Once you place your order, we need 1-3 business days to process it. One business day is recommended during the week, but if you place your order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take slightly longer.
Delivery time:
Once processed, your order will be shipped. Average delivery time is 6-14 business days.
Cancelling an order:
Once you place your order, it's immediately processed by our automated systems and prepared for shipping. Therefore, it's important to notify us of any cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing your order. In most cases, we'll still be able to process your cancellation, but please note that we can't provide any guarantees once your order has already been processed.
Costs:
Shipping costs for each order are the customer's responsibility. All our products are delivered free of charge. Furthermore, there is no minimum order quantity.
Order tracking:
As soon as your order is on its way, we'll send you an email with a tracking number. This way, you can always keep an eye on your order.
Delay?
