Returns Policy

Welcome to our returns policy. We understand that not all purchases meet expectations. For this reason, we offer returns under certain conditions. Please read this policy carefully, as our terms and conditions are binding at the time of purchase and cannot be changed.

Cancelling an order:

  • Order cancellation deadline: You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it.

How to return a product

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of receiving it. To initiate the return process, please follow the steps below:

  1. Return Request :  Please request a return form from our customer service team by sending an email to info@leightonboutique.com  Please clearly state your order number and reason for return.

Return Policy

To successfully return your products, please adhere to the following conditions:

  1. Returns Period:  Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Returns received after this time will not be accepted.
  2. Goods Condition :  Goods must be in the same condition in which they were received: unused and in their original packaging. Hygiene items such as bikinis, underwear and lingerie cannot be returned.
  3. Track & Trace: All returns require a Track & Trace code. Please share this code with us so we can track your shipment. Without this code, we cannot track your shipment and your refund will be void.
  4. Pre-authorization:  Please ensure your return has been pre-authorized by our customer service department. Shipments without pre-authorization will not be accepted.

Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected by our warehouse, you will receive an email informing you whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, your return will be processed within 24 hours and credited to your original payment method within 7 days.

If you haven't received your refund after 7 days, we recommend checking your bank account again. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs :  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For security reasons, we recommend using a Track & Trace shipping method. Returns must be shipped to our central warehouse in China.

Attention:

Cancellation is only possible within 5 minutes of placing the order. After 5 minutes, orders are no longer processed, and cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
